With over 15 years of experience, Adam O’Donnell is Co-Founder of ODM Partners. He has executed C-level appointment mandates and has worked on team moves for organisations across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.  He has a proven track record advising Infrastructure and Renewable Energy Investors in Principal Investing, Asset Management, Finance, Tax and Portfolio hires.

Adam also has experience conducting compensation benchmarking and industry reports for Investors.

Outside of work, Adam gained a BSc in Business Studies from Lancaster University and is a proud father to Eva & Maria.
